We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite, accommodating our request for an early check-in for a wedding we were attending. The hotel was very clean and well presented, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The breakfast selection was great, providing a variety of delicious options to start our day. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking, allowing us to leave our car while we were away on holiday. It was a wonderful gesture to make a donation to a charity in exchange for the parking privilege.

Almost perfect. The only suggestion we have is for the hotel to address the noise problem and provide further staff training.

Everything was of the standard I expected, nothing out of the ordinary, good value, very helpful staff. Further from Prestwick Airport than I anticipated - a bit of a con there!

An Ideal location for those travelling by car , easy to find very clean and comfortable.

The Bar prices are more matched to an upmarket hotel than a budget chain. The Average price of a pint of lager in Scotland is £2.70 price at Holiday Inn Ayr £3.65 yes I'm in the trade and that is a rip off at Least Dick Turpin wore a Mask!!

The hotel is in a convenient location close to the airport and has easy access to local attractions. The room decor was appealing and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Our romantic escape was ruined by the dreadful food. The dinner was overcooked and lacked flavor, making it difficult to enjoy.

The reception and bar staff were efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was perfectly adequate. We were going to an evening wedding celebration and ate at Frankie and Benny's, which was conveniently located. Only one small moan and that was the water pressure of the shower - perhaps though that is to avoid flooding.

    See above re shower.

I recently stayed at this hotel on the outskirts of a charming Scottish town. The prices were very reasonable and the value for money was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing a friendly welcome upon arrival. The rooms were in pristine condition, with great facilities such as a big TV and a bath. I particularly appreciated the fact that I was upgraded to a room with 2 single beds. The attention to detail was evident throughout, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    All was great, no complaints.
